While searching for an engagement ring, I visited several jewelers in and around Goslar for advice. I should mention that I'm not very experienced in this area, as it's my first and hopefully only engagement ring I'll ever buy. That's precisely why good advice and service were, and still are, extremely important to me. The results were quite disappointing until I found this place. The sales assistants took a lot of time for me and all my questions and really listened to my wishes. I learned a great deal about jewelry in general and engagement rings in particular. It was by far the best service I've ever received. Exactly the kind of expert advice you'd expect from a retail professional. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy jewelry and appreciates good service. Prepare to be surprised by everything this small but exquisite jeweler has to offer. You certainly won't regret your visit.

So inconspicuous from the outside... We weren't expecting that and we're thrilled. They're not only customer-focused, but also very competent! This level of service is rare these days. We came with a complicated ring repair job and are thrilled with the result. We'll definitely be back!

We were there today not to spend any money, but to receive some, and that worked out perfectly. The ladies were very friendly and also very kind to our dog. We are 100% satisfied, and if we ever want to spend money there, we will definitely go there again.
